We want every customer to receive products in good condition and feel confident when ordering from SHEVIA LASH.

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.

Please read the following return and exchange policy before requesting a return.

Return Period

You may return unwanted items by post within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt.

Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue or an error made by our team.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused

In the same condition as received

In the original packaging

Complete with all original product parts, labels, and packaging

Approved by our team before being returned

Used products, opened products, damaged products caused by improper use, or products returned without approval may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us before sending any product back.

When requesting a return, please include:

Reason for return

Photos or videos if there is a product issue

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Please carefully pack all items to avoid damage during transport.

We do not accept responsibility for returned products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking information until the return is completed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe the item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number and product details.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your package, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Photos of the items received

A clear description of the issue

Our team will review the case and help resolve it.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us before the order has been shipped.

If the order has not yet been produced, packed, or shipped, we will confirm the cancellation by email or WhatsApp.

The refund request will usually be processed within one business day after cancellation approval.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For PayPal payments, processing times may vary depending on PayPal and your bank.

If the Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment directly.

You will receive a notification that the order is already on its way.

If you still want a refund, you may return the package after receiving it, following our return instructions.

Once the returned package reaches us and the items are checked and approved, we will process the refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue or an error made by our team.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local delivery services, incorrect addresses, or carrier-related issues, but we will do our best to help you track the package and communicate with the logistics provider when possible.
