SHEVIA LASH ships lash products worldwide to lash artists, salons, beauty studios, and professional businesses.
We carefully prepare and pack your order before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, local delivery service, and order weight.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer two main shipping methods:
DHL / FedEx Fast Shipping

Standard Shipping

Shipment for Orders with More Than One Item
We try our best to make sure all items in your order reach you at the same time.
However, because different products, shipping options, or stock conditions may apply, some items may be shipped separately.
If your order is shipped in separate parcels, you will receive shipment notification information for each package once it has been shipped.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order has been produced, packed, or shipped.
You will receive a full refund if your order is successfully canceled before production or shipment.
If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled directly. If there is no confirmed product quality issue, shipped goods cannot be canceled.
